Altitude Software and TelCentris Partner to Deliver Feature-Rich Hosted Contact Center Solutions Over Innovative IP Telephony Platfor. First partnership of its kind in North America boosts companies access to seamlessly integrated hosted solutions for both inbound and outbound call center management

By combining the Altitude uCI Customer Interaction Management suite with TelCentris state-of-the-art hosted IP-PBX services, customers get a seamlessly integrated solution that solves both inbound and outbound contact center requirements in such a comprehensive manner.
