Kyle Lee Joins Voxox as Chief Operating Officer

Lee to oversee operations for OTT communications innovator with objective of enhancing organizational processes to support continuous business growth
SAN DIEGO – June 5, 2014 – Voxox®, the most comprehensive cloud-based rich communication service for consumers and businesses, today announced a key addition to its executive leadership team with the hiring of Kyle Lee as its chief operating officer. Lee brings more than 20 years of experience in the finance and technology industries, including various operations leadership positions at Intel and MIOX Corporation.
At Voxox, Lee will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring companywide alignment of competitive strategies that enhance marketplace execution. Lee will collaborate across all business units to identify, improve and implement processes to deliver the highest quality products and services to Voxox's consumer and business customers, as well as operator, OEM and channel partners.

Before joining Voxox, Lee as CEO co-founded Enevor Inc., an innovative clean tech company revolutionizing advanced material mixing and significant energy efficiency mixing processes. Lee established Enevor's business development strategy, structured its rapid manufacturing capability with an expanded intellectual property portfolio and led corporate finance. Prior to Enevor Inc., he served as COO of MIOX Corporation, a world-leading high tech design and manufacturing firm of on-site chemical generation equipment and processes. He has also held operations and financial management leadership roles with a number of other technology companies, including his experience as a senior member of the FAB 11 operations management team at Intel.

Lee, originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, holds an MBA from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford in quantitative economics. He has earned credentials from several industry organizations including certifications in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management from MIT, and Lean Manufacturing from Arizona State University. His teams' numerous awards and recognitions include the Artemis Project Top 50 Water Company (2009 – 2011) and Frost & Sullivan's North American Product Line Strategy of the Year Award in 2010.
